Mother Tongue Languages Fortnight aims to provide interesting experiences for Northstars to appreciate culture associated with their own Mother Tongue languages, as well as that of others. Northland celebrates Hari Raya Aidilfitri31-May-2019 (Fri)
Northland celebrated Hari Raya Aidilfitri on the last day of school, 31 June. The Malay Unit put up a musical skit which emphasised the importance of preserving our tradition, just like the popular Malay proverb, ‘Hidup dikandung adat, mati dikandung tanah’. The skit weaved in entertaining performances such as Dikir Barat as well as an amazing performance by our Malay Dancers. Click on this LINK for more information.

The Pipe Band will be participating in the Southeast Asian Pipe Band Championships on 1st and 2ndJune. The Championships is a competitive pipe band event held in Singapore.
