Northstars shine in STEM Competitions 2025


As part of the Applied Learning Programme (ALP) initiative to stretch and deepen students’ learning through real-world applications, selected students are identified and mentored by ALP teachers to participate in national STEM competitions. We are pleased to share the recent achievements by our Secondary 2 and 3 students in two such competitions.
1) STEAMunity Programme – A Collaboration with SUTD and Science Centre Singapore
We would like to extend special congratulations to Nurul Izzati Binte Abdul Razak (3 Pollux), who was awarded the Junior Design Innovator – Research Excellence Certification for her exemplary performance and dedication.

2) STEM Youth Fair 2025 – CareMed Connect: AI-Powered Medication Box
A team that was formed by four Secondary 2 students represented the school in the STEM Youth Fair 2025, presenting their innovative project titled "CareMed Connect: AI-Powered Medication Box with Personalized Voice Reminders for the Elderly."
We are proud to share that the team was awarded the Commendation Award for their efforts and creativity.
