The School Learning and Engagement Committee (SLE) also leverages CARE framework to promote holistic staff well-being and engagement through affirmation in weekly VCT bouquets, the organisation of staff team bonding activities and yearly GEMS awards. Termly Self-Care sharing is also featured in the school calendar to enhance staff well-being.
